The product is not oriented for the children but also their families and the workers of health care who are involved in the prevention, awareness and therapy of the young kids. The project has an important social impact because it helps the children to have a better access to the needed medical and psychiatric help. Auzy establishes a network between the doctors, the ergo therapists, the orthophonists, the children's psychologists, the associations and the families of Children. The app improves the quality of treatment and empowers the families. Furthermore, the parents can share their experiences with other parents and Auzy empower the social connection between the children. **2. TEAM** in order to create a pathway for Children with TND to a healthier and more comfortable Life, I joined efforts with Miss Khouloud abid, My co-founder and a brilliant IT engineer, who is an active and a passionate volunteer in association that deals with children with Autism and a very talented activist and entrepreneur. She is the co-Founder of EL Fallaga and the person behind the initiative of Auzy idea. Miss Samar Romdhani, Our CMO and Co-founder, She is our Communication expert and the source of creativity in the team. With a license in Communication technologies she leaded multiple digital projects and delivered various communication strategies to companies all around the world. And finally Myself, Ayoub Bouazizi, a resident doctor in Child and adolescent psychiatry in Germany. all along my Studies in Psychology, I constantly was wondering how to make the life of Children with psychiatric difficulties easier and how to use technology to strengthen the families. **3. TARGET GROUP** Our main targets are: \- Medical and paramedical Staff \- Parents and Caregivers of children with TND \- Institutional specialized organizations / schools All of them are connected and part of the neurodevelopemental disorders ( TND) ecosystem. Weather they work on it, they are affected by it, or are dealing with children with TND. My target is present all around the world and the problem that my solution is aiming to solve is an international issue. We , at Auzy, are aiming to deliver a solution that covers the needs of all the key players in the entire target ecosystem by digitalizing the process and offering a virtual intelligent assistant, AI-based early detection and diagnosis tools, and predictive analysis based on data enabling a personalized case management Our application can improve the quality of the treatments by analyzing the data and facilitating the mission of the health staff as well as an easy access to information and guideness for the parents and the caregivers. And so our targets can save not only their time and efforts but also their money. **4. MARKT** All of the key stakeholders of the neurodevelopmental disorders, a very vaste and groing ecosystem with different types (attention deficit/hyperactivitydisorder (ADHD), autism, learning disabilities, intellectual disability (also known as mental retardation), conduct disorders, cerebral palsy, and impairments in vision and hearing….). the diagnostic and therapeutic approach is multidimensional and multi-professional, and countries started to realize the importance of having national screening and management programs ( unavailable at the moment) which inducts the importance of the field and the interests and support that governments start giving. 1% of the world wide population has been diagnosed with autism, 40% have learning disabilities, 8% are ADHD, 20% have mental retardation. Our app is not aiming directly at those children, but it is to be used by all different stakeholders and that includes: medical and paramedical staff , parents , caregivers , teachers, clinics , associations, organizations, … **5. COMPETITION** On the international market, no such application offers a solution for the entire ecosystem. The solutions available today does not encompass the entire TND needs, does not present a field of cooperation between the different stakeholders and does not offer any tracking tools Some of the available apps that does work on autism only with a very limited resources of services are : Juggle app, Botdesign , application-autisme **6. MARKETING AND SALES** We have started creating our own inner team of experts composed of 2 essential chambers: Health and IT. All members are Key partners and referential parties in their field of expertise. They have offered to promote the app within their circle of contacts but also we have started seizing opportunities to create strategical partnerships with key partners that are essentials for our future sales process (health organizations – key stakeholders-…) In the other hand, our starting sales focus will be a digital advertising via our social media channels, By creating awareness campaigns about the issues that parents with TND , children with TND are facing. we are also promoting our app as well and so selling while respecting our values. We aim as well to create supporting communities online via our website for caregivers as well as communities of experts in the field sharing their experiences. ORGANISATION AND EQUIPMENT** With the help of our comity of health experts we established a network of 40 child psychiatrists in Tunisia, Algeria and France who are ready to try the version zero of the app with their patients. After evaluation of the quality from our experts and our first users we will make the approuvments necessary to the product and begin to work on a distribution channels like social media. Otherwise we started to build our online community in social media to share the most important informations about the troubles. My studies in children psychology in Paris and my daily work in the hospital of Bremen Ost in Children psychiatry will help me to garantee a scientific level of the content that we will share in the app and in the social media. The Marketing will be the cup of tea of our friend and expert Samar. In order to deliver our application 0 we need a timeframe of 6 months of it development, 2 months of testing. We aim to reach 1500 active users by the end of Juin 2021. **8. FINANCIAL PLANNING** We participated in Online Programs with the Uncief and Flat 6- labs to learn more about investments and creation of startups. Our big gest investments will be to pay the developers of the App, we will need a team of at least 3 high competent experts of artificial intelligence and Programmation. Our technical leader Khouloud will be in charge to try to reduce the costs andguarantee the quality of the app. In Tunisia the creation in itself, cosset not too much. We are financing our startup now with our personal resources; we are now in contact with possible technical partner who will help with developing the platform. Our Sources of revenue are : Parent: Subscription on the premium version of the application Healthcare staff: Monthly subscription according to the package used. Commission on online consultations. Organizations and associations: quarterly subscription depending on the number of acces provided Other Models: Partnerships - Advertisements - other related applications - seminars - webinars - ... prevent that from happening it is necessary for us to maintain our Team structure and team player mode in which we are collaborating and pre negotiating with different partners in order to cover necessary needs.
